Audio Operator
Job Duties
-Large scale audio design and setup.
-Complex audio operation control utilizing Digico, Avid, Yamaha, Midas, L’Acoustic, and D&B.
-Truss rigging and cable design and setup.
Minimum Job Qualifications:
-High School Diploma or GED.
-2 Years of Experience.
-Professional understanding of audio components Consoles, Crossovers, Mics, & Clearcom.
-Electrical knowledge of load balancing and distribution of large 3 phase power systems.
-Awareness of industry standard OSHA regulation, ANSI standards, and NEC.
-Comprehensive knowledge of computer and IT in both Mac and PC.
-Self-motivated friendly strong communication skills.
-Willingness to teach potential future employees and act as a resource to others.
-Artistic problem solving of both people and equipment.
-Strong passion of Music.

Box Office Clerk
Overview
PTG Live Events, LLC, more commonly known as The Pabst Theater Group, is a multi-faceted
entertainment organization that hosts over 600 live events annually across six venues in
downtown Milwaukee: Pabst Theater, Riverside Theater, Miller High Life Theatre, Turner Hall
Ballroom, The Vivarium and The Fitzgerald. The Pabst Theater Group is dedicated to providing top-notch hospitality to world-class artists and patrons alike.
Responsibilities:
- Sell tickets, process ticket exchanges or refunds in person at the box office window or by phone.
- Answer customer service inquiries whether in person at the box office window, over the phone or via email.
- Process/package tickets to be shipped or held for will call.
- Update, organize and clean Marquee tiles.
- Cash handling and daily deposit reconciliation.
- Complete special projects as needed.
Qualifications:
- High school degree or GED required.
- One year of customer service, ticket sales, or clerical related work.
- Cash handling experience preferred.
- Proficiency in MS Word and Excel, Google suite and other related computer skills required.
- Strong organizational skills, time management skills and attention to detail required.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks/projects.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, be self-directed and demonstrate initiative.
- Strong sense of team and ability to work collaboratively with others.
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule including nights and weekends must be able to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends and occasional holidays.
Job Location: Any of our six metro Milwaukee locations.
Schedule: The position(s) will primarily require evening and weekend hours, with limited day shift hours.

Dishwasher
Overview:
PTG Live Events, LLC, more commonly known as The Pabst Theater Group, is a multi-faceted

Milwaukee: Pabst Theater, Riverside Theater, Miller High Life Theatre, Turner Hall Ballroom, The Fitzgerald, and the occasional offsite event/show. The Pabst Theater Group is dedicated to providing top-notch hospitality to world-class artists and patrons alike. This is a union-represented position in collective bargaining.
Primary Responsibilities:
-Keep entirety of the dish area clean and sanitary.
-Ensure each piece of cookware, dishware, silverware leave the station clean and sanitized.
-Close dish station at the end of shift using opening/closing procedures checklist.
-Assist Chef and Sous Chef with food prep on busy show days when extra help is needed.
-Assist kitchen staff in maintaining a clean kitchen while following proper sanitation guidelines.
Qualifications:
-Related work experience is helpful, but not necessary.
-Ability to bend, stand, and stoop for long periods of time, and working long hours in hot conditions.
-Knowledge and interest in food and beverage.
-Knowledge and interest in live entertainment.
Schedule: This is a part-time position. Hours will typically be day hours, but could include evenings and weekends.

Event Staff
Overview
As part of the Event Staff, you are joining a team that takes pride in providing exceptional
support for our venue’s various operations. This includes the setup, organization and takedown
of public spaces, operating coat check, assisting at merchandise booths, and helping with the
entry process at our various theaters. We are a unique, fun and face paced environment as we
are always adapting to the 500+ variety events taking place. If you are looking for a job that will

Essential Duties & Responsibilities Include
- Setting-up, taking-down and organizing on an event-by-event basis.
- Scan tickets for guest entry and assist with hand-stamping of patrons for reentry at all
- venues.
- Assist with special projects around the theaters.
- Work at our coat check during the winter months.
- Assist in the selling of goods at merchandise booths.
- Manage the signage and flyering of a select neighborhood.
Qualifications and Requirements

- Outgoing personality and professionalism when dealing with talent.

Security Staff
About Us:
The Pabst Theater Group (PTG Live Events LLC) in Milwaukee Wisconsin is seeking an individual for their Event Management team for operation in its venues: The Pabst Theater, Riverside Theater, Turner Hall Ballroom and the Fitzgerald, as well as outside events promoted by the organization. Responsibilities for this position include communicating directions, enforcing parking permits and venue rules, acting as a greeter to PTG’s venues, controlling venue access for artists, staff, and patrons.
The ideal candidate for this position will be a highly independent, efficient communicator and a strong team player with the energy and professionalism to handle any situation our business inherently encounters.
Event security or staffing experience is helpful, but is not a must for the position.
Responsibilities include:
- Access control to both interior and exterior locations in all venues
- Secures premises and personnel by patrolling property, monitoring surveillance equipment, and access points.
- Investigates security breaches, incidents, and other alarming behavior.
- Completes reports by recording observations, information, occurrences, and surveillance activities
- Checking credentials and screening individuals entering venues
- Assisting tours and production staff with parking and street management logistics
- Assist Event Operations and Production teams with other duties as assigned

Street Team - Volunteer
Overview
PTG Live Events, LLC, more commonly known as The Pabst Theater Group, is a multi-faceted entertainment organization that hosts over 600 live events annually across five venues in downtown Milwaukee: Pabst Theater, Riverside Theater, Turner Hall Ballroom, Miller High Life Theatre and The Vivarium. The Pabst Theater Group is dedicated to providing top notch hospitality to world-class artists and patrons alike.Street Team members are responsible for distributing promotional materials (flyers/posters) at various locations, venues, and events around the Milwaukee area. This is an unpaid position based out of Downtown Milwaukee.
Position Duties & Responsibilities:
- Pick up flyers at designated pickup location(s)
- Distribute flyers at locations on designated route(s) and other areas as assigned
- Take photos of flyers/posters at these designated locations
- Capture cell phone videos at Pabst Theater Group shows
Qualifications:
- Must have a reliable method of transportation
- Must have a reliable smartphone with HD and/or 4K video capabilities (most phones within the past 3-5 years)
- Must be eager to talk to people about live music/events and willing to approach and interact with people they may not know
- Must be available for 2-3 hours each month to complete designated route during local business hours of operation
- Proficient communication skills
- Willing to travel to various parts of the Milwaukee area
- Prior street team experience is preferred, but not required
- Passion for live music, culture, and social media
- Must be at least 18 years of age
Compensation:
This is an unpaid volunteer position. However, if accepted onto the street team, you will have access to free tickets for shows at Riverside Theater, Pabst Theater, Miller High Life Theatre, Turner Hall Ballroom, and the Vivarium based on ticket availability
