A preservation or facility fee is included with every ticket purchased, supporting the maintenance and conservation of The Pabst Theater, The Riverside Theater, and Turner Hall Ballroom.
Historic Preservation Fee Rates
Patrons should expect to see the following fees based on ticket prices, though they may be subject to slight change:
- For Ticket Prices Ranging $0.01 – $14.99
- Fee - $1.50
- For Ticket Prices Ranging $15 – $24.99
- Fee - $2.75
- For Ticket Prices Of $25 And Up
- Fee - $3.75
Venues History
The Riverside Theater
Named for its location along the Milwaukee River, The Riverside Theater is one of the most opulent of Milwaukee’s theaters, welcoming high caliber artists ranging from Kevin Hart and Neil Young to Norah Jones and Aretha Franklin.
Turner Hall Ballroom
Located within Turner Hall, a National Historic Landmark, Turner Hall Ballroom is the perfect backdrop to an eclectic mix of shows that welcomes all ideas, ages and cultures.
Vivarium
Pabst Theater Group’s 𝐧𝐞𝐰𝐞𝐬𝐭 𝐯𝐞𝐧𝐮𝐞 comes to 1818 N. Farwell Avenue. 𝐑𝐨𝐨𝐭𝐞𝐝 𝐢𝐧 𝐌𝐢𝐥𝐰𝐚𝐮𝐤𝐞𝐞, the Vivarium is a 450 capacity multi-purpose venue where creativity and self-expression will come to life. Step inside as we continue to cultivate Milwaukee's 𝐛𝐥𝐨𝐨𝐦𝐢𝐧𝐠 music scene.
NIVA
Pabst Theater Group is a founding member of the National Independent Venue Association (NIVA).
NIVA is securing financial support to preserve the national ecosystem of independent venues and promoters.
These entertainment hubs are critical to their local economies and tax bases as employers, tourism destinations, and revenue generators for neighboring businesses such as restaurants, hotels, and retail. Independent venues exist in every state across the country; they were the first to be closed, they will be the last to open. The economic recovery process will extend past just reopening the front doors, requiring solutions unique to the industry.
